Just a quick update on my brew now that the temperature issues have been resolved.

Its sitting nicely at 20C, I've taken the krausen collar out and continuing to ferment, although the foam on top is markedly reduced.

I am considering getting a fish tank heater to keep my brew warm, any suggestions on how apply this using the new Coopers DIY brew kit???

I'm not to sure about the sediment at the bottom, it seems to have got less, is that possible???

Get one on ebay for£7 or £8 plus postage :thumb:
