TC's - Decent Carbing...

Evening all

I don't tend to keep my TC's on the go before enjoying them, but had a few disappointments recently with underfizzy brews (which is a pita, after putting lots of time and effort into concocting a brew !)

So... I've more or less settled on the ideal amount of priming sugar for what I'm making

Three examples to follow:-

Blue - Strawberry & lime
Brew date 08/06/17
Bottled 19/06/17
Duration 11 days
Volume primed 23L
Priming sugar 340g
Per 500ml 7.4

Looks great, seems like a lot to prime with but certainly looks good.
