So, I decided to brew up a Turbo Cider today. Gonna go for 5 gallons this time and add a fruity kick. Had 11 litres of Tesco value apple juice that I'd collected so chucked it in a bucket with some nutrient, acid and tannin to get it going. I'll buy some more juice next time I go shopping and top up to the 23l.
The plan is to ferment the juice out on its own, add fermentation stopper and backsweeten/flavour with a bottle or two of the polish syrops.
