TC and ginger beer on!

Hi everyone!

Thanks to your help answering all my questions I have finally got an Aldi TC and a ginger beer on the go!

Thought I would share some pics!

I started with Aldi Apple juice concentrate, a handful of raisins (not sure why but it was in a recipe?) a cup and half of strong tea and a tsp of malic acid. I added some sugar but i cant remember how much (need to start taking notes!)
Its been clearing nicely in the garage and is getting better with age. Because it was my first one I didnt have a hydrometer so i have no idea if its alcoholic at all!! :lol:

Leaving the ginger to mature as well because it was a bit dry and sharp at first tasting.
