Target recipe

Just put 4kg MO with 250 Crystal on the go, have put in Target hops 11.2 aa @ 60mins

I have some Challenger 6.2 aa and some Fuggles 4.63 any ideas for the later hop additions

I used the target for bittering, then used 10g challenger 10g Fuggles at 20 mins and 20g Fuggles at 5 mins. no idea how this will turn out it smelt good though

It was the first time i used the cool box for mash and sparge and it worked well think the sg was 1052

Then used the burco for the boil which was brilliant, hoping it will turn out nice.

i just pulled off a sample and it tastes pretty damn good to me! It has been in the FV for 8 days and looks like its clearing nicely. I want to put it into a pressure barrel I've got, if i transfer it into the barrel at say 2 weeks will i still need to prime the barrel?

test gravity and its gone down to 1008! excellent tastes great already!
