yes put through verical bit of wood or side of fridge etc beer line goes into the JG fitting that comes off at right angle

I think I like those simpler ones, They'd be a lot neater in the space I'm going to use.

And they seem to sell a good bit cheaper too. :thumb:

the top font type taps look the business when mounted on a shelf...bar etc. All pipes are out of sight.
The bottom taps always look a bit untidy if mounted on wood as the pipes are in sight. They are fine however if mounted on a fridge door for example and the pipes are inside the fridge or cabinet.

as a note I've moved onto the font type in my baa...r but I've kept one of the bottom taps mounted in a piece of wood for use as a party type roamable tap that has its own length of beer pipe and disconnect that can be fixed to any keg, great when tasting / testing corny's etc that are conditioning under pressure and not directly in use.

I've just bought another from this eBay seller

Comes with a back nut and John Guest push fit connection, this is 3/16 so you'll need a short length of this beer line stepped down from the main 3/8 with a John Guest reducer. This also help reduce fobbing apparently.

I've got a very narrow passageway that I'm installing into, I reckon that a sort of wooden boxy thing screwed to the wall with the taps mounted to it and the lines running out through some lagging python style to the other end where the kegs will live is the way to go - so basically a tap mounting box really.
