Tap handle movement

Hi, the handle on my tap isn’t easy to move Backwards/forward.
Normally a swift blast of wd40 would fix this but I’m not sure in this case. Any way to service these?

Sounds like the shuttle inside is gummed up. It happens with forward sealing taps like that one.

The taps really aren’t hard to disassemble:
