Sweetening with splenda tablets

Going to go to Sainsbury's later to get some splenda and theres a really good deal on the mini tabs from a dispenser.

Each tablet is equivalent to 5g sugar. Do they seem like a good idea?

well, i thought so- only 10% sucralase though rest is lactose- got mine off ebay-500 tabs for 99p delivered, bit of a fluke but seem good, yet to properly put into action
