Thanks for replying - yes the Bruhaus is cool and I've ordered from them before with hops and stuff too to make the postage worthwhile, but they are in New York and it soon adds up.

It's okay though, I managed to source some of this stuff, which is pretty much the same stuff, kind of, ish... (it's chitosan anyway):
