Started the woodfordes sundew brewing tonight. Short brewed to 21 ltrs and chucked in 500gms of billingtons molasses [unrefined cane sugar] for the hell of it. OG 1050
 
sundew is a very nice pint....kept some for the summer, wonder what the molasses will do for the mix..hope it turnes out well

Hav'nt a clue about the molasses mate, but just upping the abv% for the summer bbq... well i lied there, it will be gone before summer :D . But im heading for a cottage holliday in waterford ireland in june, so im keeping a few bottles from each brew ive made from january to see how they should taste if left long enough. :thumb:
 
My Sundew was brewed short to 20litres due to others commenting about the watery taste. Been in the bottle for three weeks now! Sampled one last weekend and was coming on very well.
