I don't think this is a too badder selection

I was wondering what everyone else has ready in there stock and how much stock people are gathering.

I have been brewing like a demon the last couple of months but have just taken a 2 week break from it and have mini kegs of

4 mango NEIPA
3 melon wit
1 session IPA
1 DIPA
3 oatmeal blonde
1 Vienna
1 Nelson Pale Ale

I'm expecting the majority of this to be desecrated this weekend as I'm having a party so have a raspberry Saison that's nearly ready for Kegging and then need to get back brewing. This hobby is turning into a full time job!

Over 100 assorted..pale ales ,American ipa, ipa, bitters and a keg of ipa. Two full fvs. .a saison and American wheat. Should be brewing again the next couple of days...

I have about 70 bottles left which comprise of well whats in my signature basically

Black IPA, Steam Beer, one or two of my slovenian pilsners (got to make more of that its lovely), a left overs brew which was a partial mash and some TC

I have a fermenter full of Weize beer though so I am hoping that will be ready for my birthday.. I will probably brew my OSH clone V2 in the coming weeks

I have absolutely nada,zilch,zero
Gutted
That's what happens when you move house, I do have two tins of LME from a Cwtch kit,a big box of grains and a freezer full of hops, oh and an empty Burco boiler and two FV,s

I have...
30 500ml Golden glory.
37 500ml Razorback IPA.
38 500ml Golden Stag (modified)

About to start another IPA and a ciderworks Apple cider.

About 40 bottles of this 'n' that, and an FV of summat or other getting bottled Sunday. Must get cracking but the joke weather conditions keep putting me off. Hate summer, needs stopping. BTW, isn't the loft a tad on the warm side to store beer?

I'm gutted my stock is going south :-(

Check my sig.

This was because of a 4 week break from brewing due to holidays etc and increased consumption by my son - a double whammy. Just goes to show that I need a brew on every 3 weeks or less. The maths point that out.
21 litres every 3 weeks =
7 litres a week drunk
by 2 people = 3.5 litres or 7 x 500ml bottles a week. Given that I give a few bottles away as well means i'm going backwards.

However xmas stock is looking good :-)

So for Summer I need to bottle my wheat beer soon, then get a Saison on then an IPA

I've got 11 mini kegs and about 100 bottles at a guess. Another 23l of porter going in to bottles over the weekend. I need to empty some kegs, having a BBQ tomorrow which should get rid of a couple.

I have 20 bottles of Dead Phoney Club, 30 bottles of a Cerveza/Kolsch 'thingy' and 40 bottles of Four Finger Jack to bottle at the weekend.

I am trying to make up all my kits in store before moving to AG with my Ace but haven't brewed much since last October. I need to get a move on when the weather cools down a little bit.

I never keep massive stocks. I have a minikeg of American IPA, 4 of English Golden Ale and 8 bottles of American Wheat. I'll be minikeg going/bottling my NEIPA tomorrow night so that'll be another 4 MKs and a handful of bottles.

I've got:
41 bottles of Gales Festival Mild, 6%
20-odd bottles of honey cider, 8%
11 330ml bottles of RIS, 11%
20 or so bottles of odds and ends, chocolate stout, treacle stout, Dogma clone, hefeweizen
30-odd bottles of cheap winebuddy wine

Fermenting at the moment I've got 25L Black IPA, 23L John Bull IPA partial mash, 4 demijohns of experimental pale ales, and 2 demijohns of turbo cider.

I have got about 100l of various stuff, mostly summer lagers/pilsners as went on a bit of a mad rush over the winter.

Have been going a bit brew daft recently to the stage at one point I had 4 FV's going at once.. had to scale back as was running out of space to keep the full bottles or get enough empties.

Other issue is I am getting into using dry hops a lot, and storing the beer seems a waste if the hops fade.

I love galaxy hops. I should say they are disgusting and who in their right mind would use those filthy hops so more for me  , but i'm a bit too altruistic for that.

It might be like your first kiss, you never forget that, galaxy were the first hops I used - awesome! - I have discovered amarillo and others since then!

Galaxy and Amarillo are a superb combo IMO.

I love galaxy as well. It's ages since I had a pint with galaxy as the star. Hardly ever see it in the pubs.
That's the brilliant thing about homebrew, make what you like and hop as much as you like.
