Summer Storage temperature

I have got 2 Corny kegs and will have them in the kegerator fridge so they will be ok but I have quite a few crates of bottles in the garage which I think will get quite warm.

I have no way of keeping them cool as cannot get electric into the garage.

The only other place I can put some in the house is under the stairs but that will be warm as well.

What sort of temperature should I start to get concerned about when storing bottles ?

The year before last I stored all my beers upstairs in the spare bedroom, and we went on holiday. Temperatures reached 30C - it was fine. Try chucking a few soaking wet towels over them - that will help a lot.
