i was thinking about making some summer fruits style turbo cider so i went out and got 4 litres of apple juice from concentrate (sainsbury basics) but couldn't find any summer fuit type juice so i got some sainsbury's high juice summer fruits. its made with 50% fruit juice and has these ingredients:
fruit juices from concentrate 50% (35% apple, !2% strawberry, 3% raspberry)
Sugar
water
glucose-fructose syrup
citric acid
natural flavourings
preservative: potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulphite
natural colour: anthocyanins
antioxidant: ascorbic acid

would the cordial be able to be used in the turbo cider or will it damage the yeast. would it help if i boiled it first?

i was gonna use it in marrsy's brewery recipe removing 1 litre of apple juice for the cordial

thanks

You could try boiling it for a little while. 5Alive do a Summer Fruits and a Summer Berry. I have brewed with both with no problems, I picked them up in Tesco if I recall.
