Well, I've been doing this brewing thing for about 3 months, and I'm really enjoying it. I think I've passed through the initial lustful fling, and not I'm ready to settle down and start making lists.....like trying to remember exactly what I did, what worked, what didn't (and not leaving it to memory).

Two real high spots.

1 - my Dad reporting that my first brew was spot on.
2 - my lad trying my Aussie Pale Ale this evening. He's a lager drinker and immediately sussed it wasn't a lager, and really enjoyed it.

I'm genuinely over the moon.

I'd just like to thank folk on here who have offered their advice, while I'm cocking up every now and then.

Cheers all

Steve

Well done mate, but to be fair, you've got to be pretty dense to eff up a beer when the instructions are on the can. Having said that, people put diesel in petrol cars...........................

Nothing better than others enjoying something made by your own hands.

Good work!

Unless they want to enjoy more than you bargained for!

Well done. The next step is to ensure that you brew enough to maintain the "critical mass" required to let you have a choice of properly conditioned drinks off the shelf and the time to select, brew and condition the next batch ... :thumb:

... and the one after that ...

... etc! :thumb: :thumb:
