Chop, chuck in a bin with the sugar and a Campden and a bit of water, leave to mash a couple of days, strain into demi through something very fine to minimise pulp, add pectolase, citric, nutrient, some sort of tannin, pitch yeast.
Enjoy snowglobe effect.

Yeah, they are great sprinkled with sugar and eaten with cream.
Try them with freshly ground black pepper or a decent balsalmic vinegar instead.... Quite a pleasant experience even if is sounds a little crazy
