I know it wont be ready for this Christmas but i'm hoping next year it'll be awesome!
10 x Strawberry Forest Teabags (Infused in 500mls boiling water)
4 x Ltrs Apple Juice
1 x Cinnamon Stick
1 Tsp Yeast
1 Tsp Yeast Nutrient
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Vanilla Bean Extract
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Pectolase
1 Tsp Tannin
1 Tsp Citric Acid
Sprinkle of Mixed Herbs
SG of 1032
If all goes well it'll end up at around 4% :thumb:
