Grinding my coffee beans and spending a few minutes sniffing the results - before I whack it into my aeropress (one of the best things I ever bought!), yum

Those aeropress do make the nicest coffee. Mine is gonna die before the years out I reckon. I have ever had a good 2 or 3 years service out of it mind....

I got a lot of guilty pleasure when I pepperedy daughter with Nerf bullets the other day. She was pleading with me to stop, but I pumped about 20 rounds into her. "take that 6 year old scumbag"

So wrong on so many levels but so true, I regularly say to my son "one day you will thank me for this" as I fire both barrels from a boom stick foam shotgun at him, he is seven so they are quick healers
Either that I will live to regret it as he beats me to death with an unscrubbed fv in a few years.

when my son was about 10 and he'd learnt to play age of empires to a good standard I took him on. he'd made an impressive base and good defences at the front of it. I sent a suicide squad towards his base as a diversionary tactic with my main massive force travelling by sea to the rear of his position, and wiped him out.

He learnt a valuable lesson or two.

1. dad is a sneaky so and so
2. sometimes life throws a grenade at you.

he had his revenge from about 12 he caned me on any fps shooter we played. I had to enlist my daughter to help me out when she was old enought, but he still was too good for both of us.

I can still beat him at scrabble, cooking & brewing, but that's it thesedays

Storage hunters?

Preferred Storage Wars to be completely honest, but only the original series. Storage Wars, Pawn Stars and American Restoration are the most masculine of my cheesy TV loves. The programme about the super religious American family with 19 kids is probably the least masculine (it was called 19 Kids and Counting, but it's been renamed and rebranded to focus on 2 of the daughters and their families after it came out that the eldest son was arrested for sexual assault when he was 15, had cheated on his wife and was involved in the Ashley Madison website data leak).
