stout kit

hi guys, i have started brewing a muntons stout kit, i have lost the instructions for it,, and can't remember how much sugar to put into the bottles, unfortunately, they will be in 275ml bottle, as i'm out of pint bottles, i seem to think that you had to put in less than a teaspoon, but not quite sure, can anyone advise?

Its normally 1/2 a tsp per pint so around 1/4 tsp for 275 ml
