you can test a ph strip against a bottled water with a stated ph on the label, that would give you a rough calibration check.

I know they are correct for my water (7ph) and they show the correct colour with starsan. Just wondering how much extra non fermentables are in flaked barley. I am going to try again next week and lower the amount. Fingers crossed i don't have to change the thread title to 10 times in a row.
