Hello, i have had a coopers stout kit in my fv for 11 days and the gravity is 1018 which it has been for a couple of days now. is this low enough to bottle or should i wait a bit longer?
The bubbles have stopped coming through the air lock and there is no foam on top.
Please help.
thanks.

Try giving it a gentle rousing with a sterilised spoon to see if that kicks the yeast back into life you could also give it half a teaspoon of yeast vit to see if that'll help but if after a few days its still the same then just keg/bottle as normal but next time you makle up a kit buy yourself some s04 yeast or similar as the supplied yeast can give stuck ferments :D
