Storing Turbo yeast brew?

Could anyone please tell me if you can put apples or apple juice in with a turbo yeast to give it a cider taste.

Could any one tell me if i could keep a turbo yeast brew, after all fermentation is complete in demijohns with rubber bung in the top or would it go off? Thanks for any replies.

Thanks chippy, Yes it would be turbo cider if i put the apples or apple juice in which i do intend trying it, but i was also wondering if i could just ferment the sugar, yeast and water and then save it in demijohns just like that, so i could then add some in to finished wine to make it stronger.
