Pitched Crossmyloof RealAle yeast after mixing in tepid water for 20-25 mins

Started at 10am, finished around 4pm, forgot to add the Irish Moss, too engrossed in the cricket.

Definitely going to KingKeg this one, for a big session, while watching Day 4 of the 3rd Ashes Test, Headingley, August 25th 2019, over and over again!

S'pose I should have made Ginger Beer, had I known how the day would unfold. As it is, it should have a nice light brown colour.
Just had a look, and Stokes is frothing well, looking forward to drinking this on return from Spain end of September.

I was gearing up for a smoked porter this week - it was originally going to be called Smoke Stack, but after that innings I'm going to have to work Stokes into the title... Obviously not the only person with the same idea!
