Have collected all the ingredients for AG No.2 which is going to be a Big Kenny (Wez Classic) with a slight aroma Hop change. i Will be using fuggles instead of bobek
As i don't have an immersion wort chiller yet and am relying on nature to cool. i think i will have a problem with steeping the aroma hops at 80deg for 15 mins, so was thinking of dry hopping instead. Can someone tell me what the differences i should expect in the final product.
