Is there a good tutorial for doing a small scale BIAB, 10 litre job, or a maxi to add water to 20 litres?

I really want to try out all grain after six months of doing kits, but want to see whether I can put up with the faff before I invest in bigger pots.

Cheers

Get a recipe then adjust it according on brewmate or something similar, that will give you the required malt etc for whatever size brew you want to do :thumb:

I did exactly this for my first brew, managed 2 gallon in a 15l jam pan. Seems to be coming along just fine!
