I contacted 5 Star about shelf life, they said 1 yearCan't be 100% sure but I don't think that Starsan has a defined shelf life
I wouldn't doubt it and I guess that's the stock answer. The party line from 5Star is also that a fresh solution of Star San should be made for each sanitation run.
