I,m just about to use star-san for the first time. I have an empty 750ml spray bottle and some spring water ready. Can I just run through the quantity of star-san I need to add as a general sanitiser? According to the bottle it needs to be mixed at 1oz per 5 gallons. I assume this is US measurements. Converted to milliliters, this works out at just under 1.2ml for the 750ml bottle.
Have I got that right?
