According to the thermo box conversion in my sig (which I just searched for  ) it was 443mm :thumb:
EDIT...if you're thinking of having one made measure your Thermo Box to get the right size.

i have a 50l thermopot and got my fb from the home brew builder. it's 392mm diameter which allows for a run of beer line around the perimeter. the beer line makes a nice seal between the fb and the pot. i think there may be some slight variations in the id of the thermopots so you'd need to take your own measurements. the material used was 1.5mm perforated ss sheet and the perforations are, I think, 2mm. the cutting of the sheet was done by laser which resulted in a very neat and accurate finish. I used it for the first time last weekend and it worked really well. overall a very well built product. obviously i can't say how it compares with the other products out there.

Got mine ready made from the MM. Has a nice solid ss rim to sit on ( new model has a perforated ring ) and a metal ring handle to lift it out of the tun. its a solid piece of metal and holds a large amount of grain on its back, very few grains find their way through into the first runnings.

i saw the one on the malt miller website, liked the look of it and e mailed an enquiry. i didn't get an answer then noticed that it was no longer on the website. i assumed it was no longer available. certainly looked a neat product and no need for the beer line.

I spent the big bucks and ordered a whole 2m x 1m sheet from Brundles - £140 delivered.
I'm going to cut my own custom sized FB and offer the rest to members of LAB as a "cut to size" service.

I'd be interested if the price was right.
