I have been thinking of doing a split brew day and was wondering would it be ok to add hops to the wort the night before and boil as normal the next day.
Would I get any of flavours or anyother unwanted side effects from doing this?
Would it be best to wait till wort is cooled completely or add the hops when sparging is finished?
