Hello,
I'm looking to brew some AG version of delerium Tremens. I have cultured some yeast from the bottle and found a recipe from a US site.
It calls for adding spices to the last 10 mins of the boil. I've never used any spices before. They recommend adding Grains of Paradise (which look like pepper corns to me). Should I just throw them in or should I grind them up. I want to try and replicate the real thing but don't want a pepper beer!
