Hi guys,
I'll be making my first ever wine and I need it to be sparkling and served from a keg.
The boss wants Rosé on tap.
It's part of a devils pact where I get a kegerator and she gets free flowing sparkling wine. Win - win.
So reading up on sparkling wine kits it seems that carbonating wine makes it more acidic and some kits are not suited to carbonation.
Can anyone suggest any suitable wine kit I can use, I'd like to present a great wine to the boss rather than wander off muttering about how "the next one will be better, honest"
Or perhaps sweetening with something suitable would offset the acidity?
Suggestions and recommendations appreciated
