Hi all Greg here from Co. Waterford. Introduced to this site by a youtube contact called whatsbrewinguk,massively nice bloke. He has been a real help to me as i am only a few days into my virgin brew which is a coopers Irish Stout(of course) and he has helped me with some niggly questions. I hope it turns out successfully for storage for March 17th, we will know in a couple of weeks when i taste test a bottle,maybe i will post up a vid on my youtube channel LOL Anyway still waiting on another delivery from amazon of some equipment so i can start my other brew which is also a coopers kit with a twist.
