hello all.im kev w and im brewing in saudi arabia for rather obvious reasons.hoping to get a wee bit help with my brewing by joining u guys on this forum.I use non alchoholic beer brew it for 1 week in primary bin, then return to 330ml screwtop btls with priming sugar, wait 2/3 weeks and he presto.trouble is theres always a little yeast/sediment at btm of btls and care must be taken when pouring or else its cloudy beer time.was thinking of introducing gelatin but unsure of how much to use, when to add, will it affect the secondary in btl to degree where there is no fizz?

Welcome to the Forum Kev!
Do you add any sugar to the non-alcoholic beer before fermenting?
When you have primed and filled your bottles, allow to stand for about a week at room temp.
This will aid the conditioning process.
Then keep in a cool place for a couple of weeks or more, the sediment should settle out and make pouring much easier.
