Hi there I'm in love with wilkos velvet stout. I'm thinking of splitting the 5 gallons into 1 gallon DJs and adding certain things that would affect the taste.
What can I add to the stout to give it different textures and tastes? Also if you do reply could you say whether it's a fermentable and non fermentable?
I haven't gone down the extract brewing street yet because I can't afford the setup just yet and I want to experiment. I've used muscovado and vanilla sugar so far.
