Hi all
well, received Highwayman's SNPA last week and big apologies for not posting this before Steve!

Gorgeous pint of SNPA (clone), cascades coming through loud and clear! Thoroughly enjoyed it Steve!

And another winner .. this is brewmarc's SNPA, what a fantastic pint, unfortunately the pic doesn't do it justice... absolutely loved this, lovely hoppy pint and spot on to the original.

Thank you - to both Marc & Steve for exceptional brewing and for sharing!

EDIT: Sorry, should have said .. the cloudiness of both beers is because I couldn't leave it alone long enough to settle after the posties threw it around!

A cracking SNPA clone   This one is Tony's. Fantastic cascade aroma lovely hoppy bitterness :drink: I really enjoyed this, & its also just like the real stuff & the pic doesnt do this justice either . Congratulations Tony & thankyou for sending one to me. As it was Rememberence Sunday when i tasted, I thought it fitting to include a poppy on the pic as well as a few grains for effect  .

Highwaymans (Steve) is next up for tasting report + pics to follow.

:D Nice pic Marc .. love the poppy and grain! Thank you - glad you enjoyed it and thoroughly enjoyed the swap!

Have to say, I think both of you hit the colour a lot closer than me!

 :D

all looking great  hope mine turns out as good :thumb:

I Should have mentioned sorry! Loved the lable  I was wondering this aswell :wha: as for the colour; I thought yours tony was closer to the oryginal than mine  .

:D

I did the label on photoshop - cloned a piece of the background to erase the text and just added my own. Got the original from google images!

Thanks to you both once again, I think I'll have to look closely at your recipes again and tweak mine! :thumb:

EDIT: Thanks to whomever moved this post and apologies for not getting the right one from the start!

I had the pleasure of trying Tony's SNPA last Night;-

Had the great pleasure in tasting Steves SNPA today   Thanks very much Steve,& thanks for the recipe also :thumb:
"WOW" This was a fantasic pint too, pretty spot on if you ask me,  malty, hop bitterness, aroma, & flavour just perfectly ballanced & as you can see perfectly carbonated & crystal cleer,
Very well done to both Tony & Steve I thoroughly enjoyed both & honestly prefered them to mine which it is slightly sweeter & slightly less carbonated than the others.
The aroma & flavour of cascade hops in the SNPA simply puts it in a class of its own all captured perfectly.
Thanks one again to both Tony & Steve for a great homebrewing comparison & experience of the great Siarra Navada Pale Ale.

I really enjoyed this! It was just the right carbonation to create a head and maintain it through to the bottom of the glass. Well balanced with the Cascade Hops coming through in the nose and in taste! Brilliant Beer Marc...Thanks for the Exchange :thumb:
