It's been nice and warm here for a few weeks so i filled up the spa pool. It's now at 36C so i'm going for a soak. :
The spa is connected to the same 'controlled' 3 phase power as our air compressor. They control the electricity here during the winter as the country cannot produce enough to go round at times. So in winter we turn the spa off and empty it  As soon as the demand reaches a level low enough they resume power to 3 phase and the hot water cylinder. The cut off is usually 5pm ish and then it resumes again at anything between 7 and 9.30pm. The less power used the quicker it comes back on. Which is really annoying when you have a load of scuba tanks to fill.
So this is the first dip in my spa for the summer. I'm taking a nicely matured pint of Gail Porter with me and a big fat cigar. And it's just started to rain.
EDIT: Not so smug now. The spa has overheated the water and is flashing a don't get in the water sign. Bugger, bugger, bugger. I'm gonna leave the lid off for a bit and add some cold water... Bugger, bugger, bugger.
