Just before christmas, I made The OAA Yuma Brew â¦
it has turned out to be one of the best (to my taste) brews so far, it's very smooth & creamy with excellent body :thumb:
what is it thats giving the extra smoothness and body please
is it the extra Munich
I used more Munich than previous brews (normally 100g) similarly used a bit more Wheat Malt as well. I've made lots of notes in my 'brew log' and these are the only obvious changes :idea:

50g Challenger
