Just before christmas, I made The OAA Yuma Brew …
it has turned out to be one of the best (to my taste) brews so far, it's very smooth & creamy with excellent body :thumb:

what is it thats giving the extra smoothness and body please :?: is it the extra Munich :?: I used more Munich than previous brews (normally 100g) similarly used a bit more Wheat Malt as well. I've made lots of notes in my 'brew log' and these are the only obvious changes :idea:

4kg of Marris Otter
550g of Crystal Malt
300g of Munich Malt
150g of Pale Wheat Malt
100g sugar
50g Challenger
50g Bobek

I'm going to have a bloody good try ;)

Ordered the makings for my next 5 brews this evening from Rob and amongst it all was the makings for the OAA Yuma Brew :thumb:
