Im looking at making something smooth and creamy, like cafferys. I believe they make it like they do by running nitrogen through it, which has very small bubbles. How do I recreate this at home?

Im looking at doing this on a bitter/pale ale recipe that ive not decided on, so open to ideas.

Hi,
You could achieve this by kegging the beer and then pressurising the barrel with a mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide. Widget world supply the gas bottles available from your LHBS.
