Hi guys,
Rookie question... We are a (very) small cask micro brewery looking to start some small batch keg beers for some local pubs that are that way inclined.
We are currently unable to purchase uni tanks / pressure tanks as we simply don't have the space or cash on hand.
I've heard of several breweries who decant and carb directly in to kegs. Does anyone have any information on how to do this ?
I've used corny kegs for years as a home brewer and assume the process is basically the same, but as a cask brewery "commercial" kegs are pretty alien to me so any advice on what we need to get going would be gratefully appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
