Update on 5l experiments:
Challenger SMASH (which was essentially a Coniston Bluebird clone): A great success, so much so did a 23l batch in the new Robobrew
Mild: Turned out ok only. Still have 3 bottles left, hoping it may improve
ESB: Terrific. Planning repeat already
Bobek Pale : Not a big success, just not really my taste. Nothing wrong I however am not that keen on the flavour, (only had these hops as part of an earlier Bitter & Twisted clone)
GH Weissbier : Fantastic success, again a definite repeat.
Cascade Single Hop Pale: Great, lovely beer for supping while sitting in the sun.
Jas Morton's Oatmeal Extra : A great success. This was the best of all the experiments.
Amarillo/Citra Pale : Another success. Will repeat this too.
All in all , think they were v enjoyable attempts. Would recommend anyone to have a go.
