Sloe Gin Packaged Up!

My wife found some really nice 200ml bottles so here are the mini-sloe gins.
She'll be putting a nice label on them and a bit of ribbon I expect.

Mine is clear ish but has white sediment in the bottom will a small froth on top!!

I'm guessing that something may be wrong after looking at your fine specemins!! :shock:

Any ideas as to what may have happened?

Davey - what recipe/method did you follow? Was it just fresh sloes, sugar and gin??

I was thinking of trying this and have been searching for a recipe and found this one

sloes: 400g

sugar: 150g

gin: 500ml

I take it I am too late now to make a sloe gin as most sites/recipes say to start in oct/nov and leave for 12 weeks.
