cheers. ended up having to nip to Wickes for other things and found some 0.8mm ultra thin cutting discs so went with those. However after deburring etc. I reckon they ended up at 1mm anyway!

what a pita it is to do this manifold... anyway it is done and there is no going back now - AG it is and no more kits...

you'll have to try drilling hundreds of holes in a plastic plate... cos that's fun
