Good morning all ive just done a simply stout i didnt see any bubbles in my airlock the SG was 1050 ive juct checked on the 3rd day and its 1010 is it best to leave it and bottle in a week or so

Leave it a full 2 weeks,check gravity,if stable,bottle. Keep somewhere warm for 2 weeks then move to cool place.

Everything @Clint says.. I would emphasis that I have found that putting the bottles in a fridge or somewhere cold for two weeks after the two weeks in the warm has a definite positive effect on the quality of the beer.
