Simple Brews for a Simple Soul

Morning all,

Had a productive day yesterday: currently got a Wilkinsons 'real ale' 2 can kit brewing and also a Wilkos chardonnay (:sick: ) kit. I think the last (and first) time I brewed was probably in January so I was a little rusty...

All seemed to go well; remember to sterilise everything and managed to place my hands on all of the kit I needed. Just going to look for a couple more airlocks and bungs for some DJs that I inherited.

Any views on these 2 kits? Not a fan of white wine to be honest but girlfriend likes it...

Also got a black cherry kit and an elderberry kit to start next weekend; anyone know about those?

Welcome to the forum.

If the black cherry kit tells you to to top on day 2 don't leave it until day 4 or it will come out of the airlock, this has been the case with many members including myself.
