I'll definately put more details on for the control box once its finished and working. Its still evolving a bit at the moment. I'll put together a full parts list too (with the usual caveat that it may not be the right way of doing things!). I think I've become a bit of a regular at Maplin since starting this

Hi Simon, Well, considering the amount of rain this past year.....hope you get time to draw-up a wiring diagram and parts list, and are not too busy bailing-out?

Serously though, it would be great to see a wiring diagram of your fantastic set-up.

I'm busy building a similar setup, and quite like the way you did the electrical connection to the elements. How is the glue holding up, attaching the plastic box to the shiney stainless? Did you roughen the SS up before you applied the glue, or did you glue it as is?

Hi Alex,

All I did was give it a good clean up to get rid of any grease, and then gave a good-old dollop of hot glue. This hardened pretty quick on the cold stainless. Round the edges I put some silicone sealant, so with this and the glue the boxes are stuck like the proverbial sh1t to a blanket :)

Simon, any chance of the parts list and wiring diagram? We've moved into a new home which has an area for setting-up a dedicated brewery and your control box looks to be the ideal solution for using in it. Cheers
