Finally managed to get some Nelson hops.I was going to try the Malt Miller original Punkie recipe, but I cant find any Simcoe.
I have some Citra and some Amarillo and was going to use one of these.
Any thoughts on which to go for?
Other hops in the recipe are
Chinook, Ahtanum and Nelson. Grain is Maris.
Cheers!

Punk now has Amarillo in it so I'd go for that I think.

I often see that they've changed their hop usage. Am I being naive in wondering how it can be the same beer if they keep changing it? Or does this happen a lot?

It happens quite a lot in commercial brewing. There aren't always enough hops to go round, specific types particularly, so breweries adapt and substitute other hops. So the beer varies slightly, but not that much. I think Amarillo is a good addition to Punk. Amarillo is one of the hardest hops for breweries to get hold of actually. So maybe Brewdog decided Amarillo would improve Punk and managed to get a big Amarillo contract.
