Hi All,

I found this recipe in the recipes section and want to give it a try.

Pale Malt - Maris Otter 9240g
Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L - 504g

Magnum 32g @ 70 mins
Magnum 18g @ 30 mins
Cascade 42g @30 mins
Cascade 84g @ 15 mins

It is a AG recipe but I'm only extract brewing at the moment, is it possible someone could convert it over to extract for me? I'm still learning and its a bit over my head :) I have 3kg of light malt extract ready for this.

Also I have never added specialty grains to an extract, could someone give me some tips on how to use them, e.g. what type of bag they need to go in, when you need to put them into boiler, when to take them out and how much would be needed for this recipe.

Just realised the original recipe I post was for a 42L brew.

I will try the Beersmith recipe out.
