If you're talking about the foil capsules which cover the top of the neck and the cork, I use a hot air gun (the kind of thing used for stripping paint) on its lowest heat setting, aimed at about 45 degrees downward from a distance of 8-10 inches away from the bottle, working from top to bottom of the capsule while rotating the bottle with my other hand.
After you've messed up your first couple it becomes easier with practice, and probably takes less than 5 seconds per capsule.
