Hi

I am looking for an inexpensive semiautomatic bottle filler, like the one on the right of the photo here:

(you may have to log in to facebook to help... sorry!)

I'm looking for something with a motor to fill the tank, and four fillers... sorry, I can't be more technical than that! I hope someone knows what I mean...

Can anyone recommend something for me?

Many thanks

We supply a 4 head filler with pump, but it costs about £1000.00 with the pump.......

Probably out of our price range, but can you give me details? A website?

Thanks

Thanks Com. it would have taken me until Christmas to find that, maybe longer due to celebrations ;)

Looks interesting, :hmm: Not put to much thought as to adapting it yet, but my next step before an efficient filler is a streamlined bottle washing process. :hmm:
Any ideas ?

BS had one of those linked, he wasn't that impressed with it. I know a few people who use them and they've been quite happy with them.

I'm thinking of semi automating my cleaning/sanitising process also. My initial thoughts are to use a 25ltr fv with a 4 or 5 (maybe more) bottle stand (15mm copper pipe) inside it. The bottles would go inverted onto the copper pipes and cleaning/sanitising soln would be pumped through the pipes into the bottles. The fv itself would act as the reservoir with a bottom take off for the s/c soln to the pump....another project that's waiting

If you 'search' for "bottle and filler" there are loads of links from a while ago where this was discussed in some depth, though unfortunately some of the pictures have been lost!

That's a great price S C ...I'll be book marking that !
I would imagine with a simple 'mod' these could be made to clean/sanitise bottles also.
Interesting :hmm:
im gonna have a go at making one
Keep us posted Stone ;)
I think I see a plan coming together, that reminds me, I think I had better go and take my "stainless mate" some Christmas samples ;)

Did the plan to have a go at making one get off the ground. I am thinking of rigging something up and would like to know what widgets etc I would need to make an 'auto fill level' for a 4 head diy filler

I would suggest a blichmann autosparge unit would be a good start if not a bit ££££
