I'm actually just reading the dry yeast thread you recently started.
I used S-05 as guided by a book i was using for my first brew, think i might try a different one next time.

That's 05... powdery..a good one for sticking is Wilko gervin (Notty) and at £2 a go what's not to like? More suited to British ales but won't harm in other stuff.
