This might have happened from the start of my brewing experiences and only now noticed. But does sediment normally get on the side of bottles when maturing.

I have a Woodford Wherry on the go and noticed it when I do my daily checks on my brews, I like to make sure my babies are fine after some beer bombs a few months back. I also had it on a hefe which left like a sugary grit in the bottom of the glass.

A sample, ok a full bottle because even a week in the Wherry is just that good, didn't indicate any foul tastes. Though there was some trub in the glass.

Should I be worried? Or have I only just noticed something that occurs with natural carbonation?

Also I have only ever noticed this on the coopers bottles. The el cheapo ebay bottles show nothing. But then again the ones I got from eBay are clear.

Depends on how clean and clear the beer is before bottling ! If its very clean there will be little deposit if its still cloudy you will get a lot. One of the reasons I like to use a secondary fermenting vessel for a few days before bottling.
However with your brew now...give each bottle a quick twist (180 degrees one way 180 degrees back ) each day for a few days, try to encourage the deposit to fall to the bottom.
Also depends on the shape of your bottles how much muck collects on the sides. Straight original style beer bottles are the best

I noticed that with the coopers bottles and not with glass...

Just give them all a twist, that'll loosen it and allow it to sink and compact in the bottom.

I saw this with some yeast, Wyeast Bohemian Lager and some ale strain too, Wyeast Scottish Ale? Anyway, highly flocculent. Good swirl and everything sinks to bottom. ;)

Once your beer's clear, it will clear a lot quicker if it's disturbed. If it's an issue you can't fix, give it a reet good shake and put it in a cool place to drop back out.
